🔄 Easy Returns & Exchanges

If you don’t like the product, received the wrong item, or found it damaged — no worries! You can easily request a return or exchange.

  • Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • We follow a “No Questions Asked” return policy — which means even if you simply change your mind, you can return the product (some exceptions apply).

✅ Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be in its original condition — unused, unwashed, with tags and original packaging.
  • Items such as innerwear, personal care, hygiene-related products, or customized items are not eligible for return due to safety and hygiene concerns.

📦 Pickup & Shipping

  • If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll arrange a free reverse pickup.
  • If you’re returning for personal reasons (like you don’t like it), we’ll still try to arrange pickup. In some cases, you may need to courier the product to us yourself.

💸 Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll initiate your refund within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.).
  • Alternatively, you can request store credit or a coupon code for future use.

❌ Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement or before shipping.
  • Once your order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. You can still request a return after delivery.
