🚚 Delivery Timeline

• Orders are usually shipped within 1–2 business days of confirmation.

• Most deliveries are completed within 4–7 business days.

• In some remote areas or during high-volume periods (festivals, sales), delivery may take a little longer — but we’ll keep you informed at every step.

📍 Delivery Locations

• We currently deliver across India, covering 28,000+ pin codes.

• We do not offer international shipping at the moment.

💰 Shipping Charges

• Free Delivery on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

• For prepaid orders below ₹499, a small delivery charge of ₹49 may apply.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select pin codes with an additional charge (if applicable) shown at checkout.

📦 Order Packaging

• Your products are packed in secure, tamper-proof packaging.

• If you find a package open or damaged, please do not accept it and contact us immediately.

🔍 Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/email.

• You can also track your order anytime using the “Track Order” option on our website.

❗ Delayed or Missed Delivery

• If the courier partner is unable to reach you, they’ll attempt delivery again or contact you.

• If your order is undelivered due to an incorrect address or repeated failed attempts, the package will be returned to us. In that case, we will process a refund (if applicable).
